History
Agomir S.p.A. provides services, products and solutions to a wide range of companies, improving their business processes and organization.
G.R. Informatica, the parent company, was founded in 1981 with the aim of developing packaged software solutions that meet the needs of business users.
As a result of market changes, the company has expanded its offerings through a policy of aggregation of other companies. In 1986, thanks to the institution of a company specialized in providing IT assistance and hardware, the group GR Informatica was set. In 2001, with the aim of providing solutions and services to 360°, the GR group established two new companies, and then consolidated in 2002 with the acquisition of Zecca S.p.A. and in 2006 of Easynet S.r.l. In late 2008, with a view to rationalize and develope new products and services, the operational activities of GR Informatica S.r.l. went into the Zecca S.p.A. that turns into Agomir S.p.A., the company of the GR group now operating in the Information Technology world.
